Lake House 13 is located on the 13 MM in Chimney Cove at Pointe Oasis, the number 1 gas dock on the lake!  We have plenty of boat slips available including right in front of the restaurant, at the gas dock, and the large covered dock just to the south of the gas dock. All docks are available on a first come first serve basis.   By road we are located in Sunrise Beach, MO off of MM just down Chimney Point with plenty of parking.  Come join us for a great time all year long!
